The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate climate-related risk and opportunity analysis based on publicly available datasets and user-provided business information.

Results are indicative and should be used as a starting point for further investigation, not as a definitive assessment.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or fabricated information (commonly known as "hallucination"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making any decisions based on it.
The Service does not certify compliance with any regulation, standard, or framework including but not limited to UK SRS, IFRS S1/S2, CSRD, or any NHS procurement requirements.

We do not claim ownership of the underlying source data. Where we have created derivative interpretations (such as simplified industry metric descriptions), those interpretations are our own work. Sustainability Intelligence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or formally associated with any of the organisations whose data is referenced above.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

You retain all ownership rights to the business information you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your inputs for any other purpose, and we do not store the free-text business description after the analysis is generated.
The Service, its design, and its underlying code are owned by us. The AI-generated analysis results are provided to you for your own use. You may share, print, and use the results as you see fit for your own purposes.
The underlying datasets remain the property of their respective owners (SASB, NGFS/IIASA, World Bank, Climate Policy Radar).
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific business purpose or regulatory requirement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ransome-Wallis Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your reliance on any AI-generated content, or any breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
