What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. Some cookies are essential for a website to function, while others are used for analytics, advertising, or personalisation.

Our approach to cookies

Sustainability Intelligence uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies for the purpose of profiling or targeting. We only use cookies and browser storage that are essential to making the service work.

Cookies and storage we use

PocketBase auth token Cookie / local storage Keeps you signed in to your account. This is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled. Until you sign out or the token expires

Analytics

We use Umami for website analytics. Umami is a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

Search logging

When you use the search or question features, we may log the search query anonymously to understand what topics users are interested in and to improve the service. These logs do not contain cookies, personal data, IP addresses, or any information that could identify you.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle may set its own cookies as part of the payment process. Paddle’s use of cookies is governed by Paddle’s privacy policy.
